#1 PUBLIC SAFETY
As your next Goodlettsville Commissioner I will support first-responder readiness and all of the resources required for continued excellence while encouraging more input from residents on issues of personal privacy and freedom including the need for potentially hazardous developments such as data centers.
#2 RESIDENT-FOCUSED GROWTH
As your next Commissioner I will work to keep residents informed about the Planning Commission issues and upcoming property developments, and to make sure that traffic and safety issues that may affect residents are heard and addressed prior to approval. I will do everything within my authority as your next Commissioner to make it as easy as possible to understand what is going on.
#3 SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT
As your next Commissioner I will encourage through legislation (and in conjunction with our City Manager) that local Goodlettsville businesses have access to resources and opportunities offered by all local, regional, and national agencies and organizations.
#4 BUDGET ACCOUNTABILITY
I am not a fan of using the people of Goodlettsville as a piggy bank. As your next Commissioner I will use my public agency accounting and finance experience to make sure that elected and city officials do everything possible to avoid increasing taxes and fees for service.
