Why Now
In January 2026, my wife and I were startled awake by the sound of dynamite blasting. That was how we first learned that 103 new homes were being built right across the street from us on Moncrief Avenue.
It was a major wake-up call. Instead of standing by, I teamed up with our neighbors to take action. Together, we worked to encourage our Commissioners to accept $500,000 funded by the development for infrastructure improvements that would address our traffic and safety concerns. Unfortunately, our efforts so far have failed to convince the majority of the current City Commissioners to reconsider.
This process showed me firsthand that the citizens of Goodlettsville are not being informed or heard to the extent that we deserve. I am running to change that, and to ensure that Goodlettsville residents always have a voice that puts us first.
